The initial board is restricted by stone-covered tubes. Your first priority must be to pour green liquid into the middle-bottom tube to begin the process of breaking these obstacles.

The biggest choke point is the limited number of open slots. Completing the green tube at this moment is vital because it fully shatters the stone covers on the bottom row, doubling your available sorting space.
