The top row is filled with hidden colors (question marks). Use the two empty tubes at the bottom right to move the visible top layers from the first two tubes, immediately starting the process of revealing what's underneath.

Mid-game is dangerous because many tubes still have hidden bottom layers. If you fill your empty tubes with too many different colors now, you'll have no room to shuffle. The video shows careful management of the pink and blue layers to keep slots open.

Completing the pink tube is the turning point. By consolidating all pink segments into one tube, you permanently free up a slot, which provides the necessary 'breathing room' to sort the remaining green, orange, and yellow layers without getting stuck.
