The bottom row is locked behind stone. Your first priority must be pouring liquid into these tubes to break the shells and reveal the colors underneath, effectively doubling your sorting space.

Hidden Color Choke Point

Tubes marked with question marks contain hidden layers. If you fill up your empty tubes with known colors before revealing these, you risk trapping a necessary color at the bottom of a blind tube.
