Start by moving the top layers of the multi-colored tubes into the empty ones. The primary goal in the early game is to uncover the '?' layers to understand the full color distribution.

Avoid Clogging Buffer Tubes

Be careful not to fill the empty tubes with too many different colors. If you bury a needed color under a single layer in a buffer tube, you'll lose the flexibility required to reveal more hidden layers.
