The initial focus must be on moving the visible colors from the top row to the bottom row to reveal the hidden 'question mark' layers as early as possible.
Manage the Hidden Bottleneck
The bottom row contains multiple layers of unknown colors. Avoid filling the top tubes with fragmented color stacks, or you will run out of space to sort the colors revealed from the bottom.
Clear the First Full Tube
Completing the Red color tube is the turning point. Once the first tube is fully sorted and locked, it provides a permanent empty slot that makes shuffling the remaining hidden colors much simpler.
