Start by moving the pink and green layers to their respective top-row tubes. Clearing the green tube (top, 5th) early is vital to gain an extra empty slot for maneuvering.

Blue is scattered across several tubes. Use the bottom-right empty tube as a dedicated collection point for blue. Avoid putting other colors there until the blue stack is complete.
