Start by moving the visible pink and orange layers from the top right tubes into the empty tube. This is essential to reveal the hidden question-mark layers underneath as early as possible.

The biggest choke point is the unknown colors trapped under question marks. You must maintain at least one nearly empty tube to shuffle these revealed colors without blocking your primary sorting paths.

Uncover the Left Hidden Tubes

The true breakthrough occurs when you clear enough top layers to remove the cloth from the left-side tubes. This doubles your workspace and allows you to finally consolidate the large stacks of blue, purple, and yellow.
