Prioritize revealing hidden colors (question marks) early and focus on clearing one full tube to create the necessary maneuvering space for the final sort.
Reveal Hidden Layers
The top row contains several tubes with hidden colors. Your first priority is to move the visible top layers to reveal these question marks, as they dictate the rest of the puzzle's logic.
Avoid Clogging Empty Slots
With many question marks still present, it is easy to accidentally fill your only empty spaces with partial stacks. Keep at least one tube as flexible as possible while digging for the bottom-most hidden colors.
The First Full Clear
Completing the dark blue tube is the turning point. Once this tube is fully cleared and emptied, you gain a permanent 'buffer' tube that allows you to cycle through the remaining mixed colors without getting stuck.
