The bottom row contains many hidden colors marked with question marks. The biggest challenge is revealing these without clogging your available tubes; always try to keep one tube nearly empty to shuffle these new colors.

Consolidating the green liquid into a single finished tube is the major breakthrough. This permanently frees up a tube slot, making it much easier to sort the remaining purple and yellow layers that were previously trapped.
