The biggest obstacle is the locked bottom row. You must pour purple liquid into the central lock mechanism to reveal the hidden tubes with question marks, which contain the remaining color segments.
Completing Green to Create Space
Finishing the green tube is the major breakthrough. Once green is fully sorted and removed, you gain a permanent empty tube that allows you to cycle through the hidden colors and multi-colored segments without getting stuck.
