The biggest challenge is the limited number of open tubes. You must clear the orange and yellow colors to strip away the pink covers from the hidden bottles, which contain the remaining color segments.
Consolidate the Blues
Merging the dark blue segments into a single tube acts as the final breakthrough. Once the dark blue is cleared, the remaining pink and purple layers are easily sorted into the newly freed empty tubes.
