A significant amount of red is trapped under other colors. Be careful not to fill your empty tubes with partial stacks of pink or yellow before you have enough space to consolidate the red layers.
Freeing the Empty Tube
Moving the orange layers into a single tube at this stage is the breakthrough. It creates a permanent empty slot that allows you to shuffle the remaining red and pink colors into their final positions.
