Unlock the Hidden Tubes

The initial priority is to move the top layers of the rightmost tubes to find the key. This breaks the wooden lock and reveals four additional tubes, which are essential for having enough space to sort.

Manage the Question Mark Layers

The biggest choke point is the hidden colors marked with question marks. Avoid filling up your empty tubes with miscellaneous colors before you've revealed what's underneath, or you'll run out of moves.

Clear the First Full Color

Completing the Light Blue and Green tubes is the true breakthrough. Once these colors are fully merged and the tubes are removed from the active sorting pool, you gain the permanent empty slots needed to easily finish the remaining colors.
