The initial priority is to move top-layer colors into the available empty tubes. This action triggers the breaking of the stone shells on the adjacent tubes, which is essential to reveal the hidden color segments underneath.

A major choke point is the locked cabinet at the bottom. You must complete a full tube of one color (dark blue) to generate the key. Without this key, you won't have enough tube capacity to sort the remaining complex color stacks.
