Immediately move the top colors from the first few tubes to the empty slots. This reveals the hidden 'question mark' colors which are the main obstacles in this level.
The Blind Tube Choke Point
Tubes 3 and 8 contain multiple hidden layers. If you fill your empty tubes with mismatched colors before these are revealed, you will run out of moves.
Secure the Second Empty Slot
Completing the Blue tube after Pink and Yellow ensures you have enough permanent empty space to handle the remaining hidden colors without risk of a deadlock.
