Tubes with question marks hide unknown colors. The biggest risk here is filling all available empty space with known colors, leaving no room to move the hidden colors once they are revealed.
Creating Permanent Space
Completing the green and dark blue tubes is the breakthrough. By finishing these stacks, you secure permanent empty tubes, which allows you to cycle through the remaining hidden layers without the risk of a deadlock.
